University of Minnesota professor Leslie Lytle speaks to parents and children in the Head Start program at Brookside Education Center in Albert Lea as part of an activity day Wednesday. Lytle, a professor of epidemiology and community health, is part of the AARP/Blue Zones Vitality Project. She has a doctorate in health behavior and health education. With her is Carmen Bueno, a bilingual educator for Head Start.
