1 arrested for drunken driving

Police arrested Michael James Bakken, 41, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after receiving a report at 11:51 a.m. of a vehicle that had gone through a yard at 918 Clausen Ave. and hit a neighbor’s retaining wall.

 

Car broken into

A car was reported broken into at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday at 215 Fountain St. The break-in reportedly took place in the last few days.

 

Theft reported

Police received a report of a handicap certificate that was reported stolen at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

 

Mailbox damaged

A mailbox was reported damaged at 9:26 p.m. Tuesday at 17496 750th Ave.

 

2 arrested on warrants

Deputies arrested Isaiah Ray Baity, 36, on an EOD warrant at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway.

Dimitri John Clark, 24, turned himself in on a local warrant at 5:18 a.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway.
