3 arrested for DWI and other reports

Break-ins reported
Trucks were reported broken into at 6:44 a.m. Friday at 78053 Minnesota Highway 251 in Clarks Grove. Items were reported missing. The break-ins reportedly took place sometime between 3:30 p.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday.
A storage unit was reported broken into at 12:50 p.m. Saturday at 81027 Freeborn County Road 46. Several items were stolen.
3 arrested for DWI
Police arrested Barbara Ann Hoeve, 63, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated at 12:42 a.m. Saturday at 2200 W. Ninth St.
Police arrested David Michael Prestholt, 37, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 11:42 p.m. Saturday at 906 W. Front St.
Police arrested Mark William Stahl, 36, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, fleeing in a motor vehicle and fleeing on foot after a traffic stop at 10:56 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of East College Street and South Newton Avenue.
Scam reported
Police received a report of a person who was reportedly scammed out of $9,000 over the phone at 1:16 p.m. Friday.
Thefts reported
An Ariens snowblower was reported stolen at 8:03 p.m. Friday at 507 E. Fourth St. The theft reportedly took place between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. that day.
License plates were reported stolen at 5:15 a.m. Saturday on a vehicle near the intersection of Frank Avenue and East Front Street.
Police received a report at 6:49 p.m. Saturday of a theft that had occurred a few nights prior at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.
A vehicle was reported stolen at 11:10 a.m. Sunday behind 719 Marshall St.
Two tires were reported stolen off of a vehicle at 3:32 p.m. Sunday at 205 W. William St.
Damage reported
The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office received a report at 4:26 p.m. Sunday of bracket on the pump of a gas barrel that was broken. It was unknown if gas was stolen.
The back window of a vehicle was reported shattered at 11:46 a.m. Saturday at 302 E. Seventh St.
Police cited Oudone Dejvongsa, 53, for fourth-degree criminal damage to property and trespassing and Tiffany Kay Ryerson, 39, for fleeing on foot and fifth-degree drug possession after receiving a report of a house that was broken into at 2:58 a.m. Sunday at 411 Commercial St.
1 arrested on warrants
Police arrested Malori Marie Nesse, 28, on warrants at 1:33 a.m. Monday at 621 E. 11th St.
Vehicle vandalized
Police received a report of candy and pop that were reportedly put into a gas tank of a vehicle at 8:17 a.m. Sunday at 909 Janson St.
