“Partnering with Christ for a better world, one child at a time,” was the theme for Women of the Presbytery April 25 at North Presbyterian Church in North St. Paul. The seven women attending from Albert Lea were, from left, Karen Foster-Jorgensen, Dorothy Wedge, Joan Reynen, Irene Weber, Betty Blankers, Beverly Haugen and Jane Buege. There were presentations, a business meeting, luncheon and communion. The local spring gathering will be held Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church. There will be dessert and coffee at 1 p.m. in the multi-purpose room. Hy-Vee nutritionist Amy Pleimling will present the program. Everyone is welcome.
