Freeborn County has had its share of humane societies, some good, some not so good.  The current Humane Society is the best there has been and the board of directors works hard to keep it that way, as do the people behind the scenes. What is needed is more involvement from the community, whether it be donations or time or just showing your support and concern. Pets are (or should be) part of our family too. They depend on people for their well being. Let’s not let them down. Let’s not let the Freeborn County Humane Society down. We need them as much as much as they need us!
