The past few months have clearly shown how quickly we can lose our liberty. A former Democrat mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel, once said, “Never let a good crisis go to waste.”

The coronavirus has been used by the “left” to destroy the economic prosperity created by the Donald Trump administration. Tyrannical governors and mayors have forced businesses to close — some temporarily, many permanently — resulting in millions of unemployed workers. They have ordered people to stay in their houses and have dictated what we can and cannot do, where we can and cannot go. This is an example of how a situation can be magnified or even falsified and used to manipulate the American people and take away our God-given freedom. This is a little taste of what the “left” is all about — government control of our lives. Liberty is fragile. If we Americans do not cherish it and protect it with our eyes wide open to the lies and tactics of the Democrat Party and Democrat media, “that government of the people, by the people and for the people” could quickly perish from the earth.
