Through Albert Lea Area Schools’ public summer meal program, to-go meals at no charge will be available for all children 18 and under, according to a press release.

Meals will be available  for pickup from 11 a.m. to noon Mondays through Thursdays June 1 through July 30 at Hawthorne and Halverson Elementary schools. A pickup stand will be located on the backside of each school; people are asked not to enter the schools for meals.
