1 arrested for driving under influence

Police arrested Tyler Allen Murphy, 19, for driving under the influence at 9:57 a.m. Thursday at 221 E. Clark St.

 

Fraud reported 

Police received a report at 11:55 a.m. Thursday from someone who had fraudulently used someone else’s name to apply for unemployment benefits in Albert Lea.

 

Theft reported

Police received a report of a theft at 7:05 p.m. Thursday at 1019 James Ave. 

 

Personal reportedly assaulted

Police received a report at 8:45 p.m. Thursday of a person who was reportedly assaulted by a few other males and whose black electric scooter was taken near the intersection of North Broadway and Fountain Street. 

 

Trailer damaged

A trailer was reported damaged at 10:25 p.m. Thursday at 513 Wedgemore Drive.
