Numerous car break-ins and other reports

Police stated they have a juvenile male in custody who is believed to be tied to a series of car break-ins from over the weekend.
The following break-ins were reported:
A vehicle was reported broken into at 1:48 p.m. Friday at 1110 South Shore Drive. The incident reportedly happened the day before.
Binoculars were reported missing from a vehicle at 3:50 p.m. Friday at 1511 Lakewood Ave.
A garage was reported rummaged through at 5:53 a.m. Sunday at 1336 Briarwood Drive.
Police received a report at 6:37 a.m. Sunday of a suspicious person who was witnessed going through six vehicles at 204 E. Front St. The person later stated she had money missing from her vehicle.
A vehicle was reported rummaged through at 8:59 a.m. Sunday at 1301 Garfield Ave.
A vehicle was rummaged through at 10:01 a.m. Sunday at 912 Columbus Ave.
Items were reported stolen out of a vehicle at 12:20 p.m. Sunday at 1113 Crestview Road.
A vehicle was reported ransacked at 5:09 p.m. Sunday at 509 St. Thomas Ave.
A vehicle was reported rummaged through at 8:56 p.m. Sunday at 912 Columbus Ave.
Man injured in tractor fire
A 46-year-old man was reportedly injured in a tractor fire at 4:44 p.m. Sunday at 71603 135th St., Twin Lakes.
Handgun reported missing
A handgun was reported missing at 9:25 a.m. Saturday at 1506 Elm St.
Gas drive-off reported
A gas drive-off was reported at 9:28 a.m. Friday at 906 W. Front St.
Hit-and-run crashes reported
A hit-and-run crash was reported at 10:31 a.m. Friday at 1841 Eagle View Circle.
A hit-and-run crash was reported at 1:20 p.m. Saturday at 612 Lincoln Ave. The incident reportedly happened the day before.
A vehicle was reported side-swiped at 5:08 p.m. Saturday at 109 Willamor Road.
A hit-and-run involving two semis was reported at 6:51 p.m. Sunday at 2850 E. Main St.
1 arrested on warrant
Police arrested Tillie Babe Carson, 29, on a local warrant at 9:49 p.m. Friday at the intersection of South Broadway and East Front Street.
1 arrested after disruption
Police arrested Abu Ali Moultrie, 23, at 10:47 a.m. Friday at 716 Valley Ave. after receiving a report of a disruption at the address.
1 cited for shoplifting
Police cited Brandy Nicole Whelan, 34, for theft at 11:58 a.m. Saturday after a reported shoplifting at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.
Window broken out
A window was reported broken out of a basement at 2:15 a.m. Sunday at 17311 770th Ave., Albert Lea.
Backpack stolen
Police received a report at 8:41 p.m. Sunday of a backpack that was reported stolen at 701 S. Broadway. The backpack was later recovered but some items inside of it were missing.
