Four-year-old Jackson Forman dumps a shovel of dirt Friday when he and other children planted a tree at Frank Hall Park in Albert Lea. To his left is 5-year-old Dallas Reyes and to his right is 4-year-old Morgan Luhring. The Children’s Center and the Albert Lea Parks and Recreation Department planted the tree to celebrate Arbor Day.
