The Wa-Tan-Ye Club May Meeting was called to order by President Dorothy Wedge. Minutes were read by Marie Quema was approved and placed on file. Delores Weller gave the treasurer’s report and was approved and placed on file. Correspondence was read. The group is planning to sell dishcloths at Crazy Days this summer.

The members who attended the district meeting gave a report. They had a nice time and enjoyed Donna Dull, who spoke. A delicious lunch was served. Wedge asked the group to think about what to have for the auction at the fall convention. The group collected $23 for the food shelf.

Members present read the code of ethics together at the end of the meeting.

Joy McCune was the hostess for the meeting. Delores Weller and Sharon Jahnke won the door prizes. There were three members with May birthdays.

The next meeting will be on June 6.
