AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 22 – HEALTH

THE CITY COUNCIL OF ALBERT LEA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
On August 28, 2023 the Albert Lea City Council held a regular city council meeting and approved amendments to Chapter 22 – Health.
This amendment added language prohibiting the use of cannabis products in public.
The amendment was adopted by the City Council of the City of Albert Lea the 28 th day of August, 2023
