Please take notice that the Joint Board of Commissioners of Freeborn and Waseca Counties, Joint Drainage Authority for Joint County Ditch J8 of Freeborn and Waseca Counties, will hold a special meeting as follows:

Purpose: To consider and take initial action to receive and accept the petition and bond in the matter of the Petition for the improvement of Freeborn and Waseca Counties Joint County Ditch J8; to appoint and engineer in the proceedings; and to direct the initiation of actions on the petition as required by the Drainage Code.
