Three Albert Lea wrestlers finished on the podium over the weekend at the annual Dan Gable Donnybrook Tournament in Iowa.

In the girls’ division at 105 pounds, Maggie Olson took seventh, and in the boys’ division, Logan Davis took fourth at 126 pounds and Michael Olson placed third at 132 pounds.

As a team, Albert Lea finished in 20th place out of 48 teams.

The team will next compete at a home dual against Rochester John Marshall on Thursday. It is also Military Appreciation Night. All veterans who attend will receive free admission and be recognized before the varsity meet starts.
