Phone reported stolen

Police received a report at 11:28 p.m. Wednesday of a stolen phone near the intersection of East Fourth Street and South Newton Avenue. The reporting party stated she had picked up an individual from Walmart and dropped the person off near Trailside when the individual ran off with the phone.
