The Naeve Alumni and Nurses Club met May 4 at Bethany Hall in First Lutheran Church for their annual scholarship luncheon. The School of Nursing started in 1912 and graduated the last class in 1974. Its only source of money comes from memorials donated. The group's goal is to offer scholarships to promote individuals to become registered nurses. This year, the club presented 11 scholarships, each in the amount of $1,000 to area students. This year they also honored the class of 1959.
