1 arrested for driving after cancellation

Deputies arrested Jason Lee Pestorious, 53, for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety after a traffic stop at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Itasca Road and West Richway Drive.

Diesel fuel reported stolen

Police received a report at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday of a theft of diesel fuel at 2751 E. Main St. sometime between July 6 and July 7.

Damage reported

Deputies received a report of damage to a fiberoptic box at 6:40 p.m. Monday near the intersection of 890th Avenue and 195th Street. The box was believed to have been hit by a car on Friday.

1 arrested for disorderly conduct

Police arrested Jeremy Matthew Catalano, 30, for disorderly conduct and theft at 12:42 a.m. Monday after receiving a report of a male throwing pop cans and swearing at workers at 906 W. Front St. Catalano was trespassed from all Kwik Trip locations in Albert Lea.

2 arrested on warrants

Jacob Michael Turvey, 44, was arrested on a warrant at 8:44 p.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway.

Police arrested Jeanne Ellen Penhollow, 51, on a Fillmore County warrant at 11:05 a.m. Monday at 1786 Tiger Ridge Road.

Chainsaws reported stolen

Two chainsaws were reported stolen at 5:25 p.m. Monday at 1022 S. Newton Ave. The theft was believed to have occurred sometime in the past couple days.
