All are welcome! The Freeborn County Republicans will be participating this Saturday in the Glenville Days Parade on Saturday morning and the Wells Kernel Days Parade with state Rep. Peggy Bennett on Saturday afternoon. Please feel free to join us. All are always welcome.

The Freeborn County Republicans are having our annual GOP Picnic on Monday evening, Aug. 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Edgewater Bay Pavilion. Cost is $20 for adults and $10 for anyone under 16. Our guest speaker will be state Rep. Bjorn Olson. Bjorn is the representative for the neighboring Blue Earth and Faribault County and the HRCC (Minnesota House Republicans Campaign Committee.) Other guests and speakers will include Bennett, the 1st Congressional District Chairman Aaron Farris and the Freeborn County Republicans Chairman Robert Hoffman will host the picnic. Invite your family and friends for a great evening with your neighbors.

Get out and vote! Tuesday, Aug. 13, is the primary election. We purposely have our GOP picnic every year the day before the primaries to remind everyone to get out and vote. We look forward to seeing everyone.
