2 arrested for domestic assault and other reports

Daren Dwain Coleman, 52, was arrested for domestic assault-cause fear after receiving a report of a male and female yelling at 10:47 a.m. Thursday at 711 Plainview Lane.
Police arrested Benjamin Powell, 35, for domestic assault and Hennepin County warrants at 11:40 a.m. Thursday at 210 E. Front St.
Windows reported broken out
Police received a report at 8:12 a.m. Thursday of an individual who had broken out windows and smashed a vehicle at 2306 E. Main St.
1 injured in crash
One person was injured Thursday morning after a T-bone collision on 150th Street west of Albert Lea.
According to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office, Lesa Clark, 55, was taken to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea with an injury deemed not life-threatening.
The Sheriff’s Office stated Jesse Haines, 17, of Albert Lea was driving a GMC Sierra pickup from his residence and was going to drive directly across County Road 13 near 77600 150th St. to the house south when he reportedly didn’t see a Chevy Equinox, driven by Lesa Clark, coming eastbound, and the two vehicles collided.
Both vehicles reportedly went into the south ditch of County Road 13.
Haines was not injured and was cited for failure to yield.
