As part of the Dorothy Godtland Lecture Series, the Albert Lea Art Center will host the presentation, “What is Environmental Services?” with Craig Rosell, Freeborn County’s household hazardous waste and feedlot officer

At the lecture, participants are welcome to ask Rosell questions about feedlots, keeping of livestock, manure application, septic systems, well water testing, noxious weed control, household hazardous waste, recycling and other related topics.

He can answer these questions and will also talk about the county’s new Household Hazardous Waste building and reuse.
