2 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Raquel Isabel Vasquez, 27, on local warrants after a traffic stop at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday at Madison Avenue and West Seventh Street.

Police arrested Heather Marie Brigston, 34, on a Dakota County warrant at 3:58 p.m. Wednesday after a traffic stop at East Ninth Street and Lee Avenue.

Juvenile cited for vape device
