Police received a report at 10:51 a.m. Tuesday of a theft of 50 to 60 gallons of fuel from a semi sometime overnight at 2301 Myers Road.

Deputies received a report at 2:26 p.m. Tuesday of a 1776 bell that was stolen at 324 W. Main St. in Alden.

 

Juvenile cited for e-cigarette

Police cited one juvenile for possession of an e-cigarette device on school property at 10:25 a.m. Tuesday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.

 

Theft by check reported

Police received a report at 12:10 p.m. Tuesday of theft by check involving a check written by an Albert Lea business that was reportedly  intercepted, duplicated multiple times and then cashed.
