Deputies received a report at 12:10 p.m. Sunday of theft of money out of a car at 302 Eighth Ave. in Freeborn.
1 arrested for DWI, obstruction
Deputies arrested Ashton Russell Besco, 18, for driving while intoxicated, obstructing, speeding and no Minnesota driver’s license after a traffic stop at 12:13 a.m. Saturday on Bridge Avenue in Albert Lea.
1 arrested on EOD warrant
Deputies arrested Dean Allen Thordor, 77, on an EOD warrant at 7:42 p.m. Saturday at 217 W. Front St. in Hayward.
1 arrested for DWI test refusal
Deputies arrested Jesse Reyes, 44, for third-degree driving while intoxicated test refusal after a traffic stop at 11:06 p.m. Saturday at 21113 810th Ave. in Hayward.
Burglary reported
A burglary was reported at 3:44 a.m. Friday at 606 S. Broadway in Albert Lea.
Window broken out of vehicle
A window was reported shattered out of a vehicle at 2:04 p.m. Friday at 712 Valley Ave.
Fire reported
A fire was reported by the viaduct near South First Avenue and West Main Street at 11:57 p.m. Friday. It was extinguished.
1 arrested for driving after cancellation
Police arrested Kuany Wool Machar, 57, for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety and a stop sign violation after a traffic stop at 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Madison Avenue and West Third Street.
Theft reported
Police received a report at 2:32 p.m. Saturday of a theft at 2314 Hendrickson Road. Someone walked out without paying for two bottles of Patron.
2 cited for underage drinking, another for cannabis
Police cited McKenna Yvonne Hughese, 20, and Ethan Daniel Crews-Logan, 18, for underage consumption and Jacob Allen Crone, 18, for possession and transport of cannabis under the age of 21 after a traffic stop at 7:45 p.m. Saturday at the 100 block of Garfield Avenue.
1 arrested after traffic stop
Police arrested Evan Douglas Fure, 21, for driving after revocation, open container and possible DWI, pending blood test results, after a traffic stop at 1:17 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of PIllsbury Avenue and Ramsey Street.
Phone reported stolen
Police received a report at 9:14 a.m. Sunday of a stolen phone from the previous night at 134 W. William St.

A vehicle was reported egged at 1:20 p.m. Sunday at 423 Court St.

Political signs were reported stolen from two yards at 6:27 p.m. Sunday in Albert Lea.
