I am writing to endorse Angie Hoffman for another term on the Albert Lea school board. I have known Angie for a long time. I am proud to say that she is my daughter!

One of Angie’s best qualities is that she is an independent thinker who digs into issues in order to come up with her perspective. She is not just a “yes person” who goes along with the crowd, but she makes up her own mind. She is soft-spoken but willing to stand her ground for things she believes in. She has something that is uncommon today: common sense. The Albert Lea school district would be well served to have a school board full of people like Angie Hoffman.
