Albert Lea Autumn Market

Everyone is invited to theAlbert Lea Autumn Market, presented by the Minnesota Craft Collective. It will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Wedgewood Cove Golf Club. Crafters, artisans, vendors and boutiques will be there to show off their wares. There will be a variety of homemade home, seasonal and cabin decor as well as woodwork, gourmet foods, personalized items and more. Glenville American Legion Chili Bowl cook-off

Support local veterans this weekend at Glenville American Legion Post 264’s annual Chili Bowl cook-off. It will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. There is a $10 entry fee for chili makers and $10 for those who would like to sample, vote and eat. All proceeds will go to Ride for Heroes. Prizes will be awarded to the top three chilis.

Third annual Big Stone Therapies chili cook-off

All chili enthusiasts are invited to Big Stone Therapies in Albert Lea for their third annual chili cook-off from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday. There will be prizes for the top three winners. Those interested in entering should call 507-552-0022.

Hollandale Christian School Fall Supper

Join Hollandale Christian School for a meal prepared and served by the school’s families. There will be turkey, ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, cooked carrots, baked apples, salad and dessert. This is a freewill donation event and will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday. Dine-in and take-out will be available.

Bridge Community Church craft and baked sale

Come to Bridge Community Church from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday for a craft and bake sale. There will be baked goods, home decor, art, kitchen utensils, jewelry, seasonal items and more. This will be a great opportunity to get a head start on Christmas shopping.
