Police cited Douglas Allen Gilbertson, 44, for misdemeanor theft at 3:42 p.m. Tuesday at 1550 Blake Ave.
Person robbed
Police received a report at 10:19 p.m. Tuesday of a person who was reportedly robbed while sleeping in his vehicle. A tool chest and bag of food and drinks were taken from the vehicle. The tool chest was recovered in a nearby dumpster.
