Big Island Rendezvous Education Fundraiser next weekend

The Big Island Rendezvous and Festival’s annual Education Fundraiser will take place Jan. 24 at Albert Lea American Legion Post 56, 142 N. Broadway Ave. The event will raise funds to support the 2025 Big Island Rendezvous Education Days, which provide enriching historical experiences for schools and homeschool groups.
The evening begins with a social hour at 5 p.m., followed by a meal served at 6:30 p.m.. Guests can enjoy the excitement of a silent auction from 5:30 to 7:25 p.m., culminating in a spirited live auction at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $25 per person or $150 for a table of six. To purchase tickets, contact the Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce at 507-373-3938 or email BigIslandFestival@gmail.com.
In addition to attending, the Big Island Rendezvous welcomes donations of silent and live auction items. Drop-offs can be made at the Chamber of Commerce office at 132 N. This year’s Education Days will take place Oct. 2 and 3, with the public festival running on the weekend of Oct. 4 and 5.
