Police arrested Collin Lucas Kuhlmann, 18, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, open container and underage drinking and driving after a traffic stop at 10:35 p.m. Friday near the intersection of South Broadway and East Second Street. 

Police arrested Dante Gabino Lopez, 22, for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 2:08 a.m. Sunday at 201 N. Broadway.

Police received a report at 11:41 a.m. Monday of a hit-and-run near Hammer Road and Greenwood Drive. 

 

Juveniles cited for disorderly conduct

Police cited two juveniles for disorderly conduct at 12:58 p.m. Monday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane. 

 

Shoplifting reported

Police received a report at 1:01 p.m. Monday of individuals who came into the store and stole a bottle of alcohol at 1201 E. Main St. 

 

Semi reportedly hits building

Police received a report at 1:47 p.m. Monday of a semi that had hit the building at 820 E. 13th St. 

 

Burglary reported

A burglary was reported at 2 p.m. Monday at 1651 Olsen Drive. It was believed to have occurred sometime overnight. 

 

2 cited for minor consumption, 1 for assault

Police cited Camron Jae Anderson, 19, for minor consumption and Aijah Marie O’Reilly Lopez, 19, for fifth-degree assault and minor consumption at 12:21 a.m. Friday near East Ninth Street and Todd Avenue. 

 

1 cited for trespassing

Police cited Antonio Elmo Mims, 42, for trespassing at 9:32 a.m. Friday at 1210 E. Main St. 

 

Counterfeit bill reported

A counterfeit $50 bill was reported at 1:28 p.m. Friday at 701 S. Broadway.

 

1 injured in crash

One person was reportedly transported to the hospital after a crash at 2:18 p.m. Friday at South Broadway and East Clark Street. 

 

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Michael William Harkner, 64, on a local warrant at 8:20 p.m. Friday at 921 Lincoln Ave.

A vehicle was reported stolen at 11:31 p.m. Friday at 1201 Southview Lane.

Police received a report at 10:42 a.m. Saturday of theft by fraud of a resident on the 2400 block of Margaretha Avenue. 

 

Man arrested on A&D hold

Police arrested Micah Hildon Ogren, 32, on an arrest and detain hold at 6:07 p.m. Saturday at 616 James Ave. 

 

1 arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested Omar Rodriguez, 31, for domestic assault at 7:12 p.m. Saturday at 635 E. Sixth St. 

 

Burglaries reported

Deputies received a report of a burglary at 8:35 a.m. Friday at 78623 State Highway 251 in Clarks Grove. The incident reportedly happened two days prior. A second burglary at the same residence was reported at 7:07 p.m. Monday.

 

Fires reported

A field fire was reported behind a house at 12:29 p.m. Friday at 67345 255th St. in Alden. The fire was contained and away from the house.

A fire was reported in a yard at 10:52 p.m. Friday at 206 Main St. in Manchester.

An out of control burn was reported at 2:54 p.m. Sunday at 32844 State Highway 13 in Hartland.

 

Assault reported

Deputies received a report of a person who was reportedly punched in the head at 9:26 a.m.

 

Break-in reported

A shop was reported broken into at 10:14 a.m. Monday at 17031 810th Ave. in Glenville. Items were taken.

 

Door reported damaged

Damage was reported to a patio door at 3:28 p.m. Monday at 72469 300th St. in Hartland.

 

Man arrested for domestic assault

Deputies arrested Robert Allen Wingler Jr., 44, for domestic assault at 10:04 p.m. Monday at 78746 265th St. in Albert Lea.
