No human is “illegal” on planet earth. Hold that truth to your heart. Do not allow the MAGAs to steal this truthful reality that our local immigrants are just like any of us.

Using the word illegal is racist. Immigrants present in the USA without papers is not a crime.

My 42 years working as a Legal Aid advocate allowed me to witness the personal lives of our local immigrants once our law firm gained their trust. I witnessed strong family ties in immigrant families, strong work ethics, most immigrants sending money to their families back home, plus what I would put under the category of Jesus Christians — caring, compassionate and empathetic.

The Brennen Center for Justice debunks the myth of “Migrant Crime Wave.” Recognizing “gathering data and examining the issue empirically … Focusing on the facts is imperative … Numerous studies show that immigration is not linked to higher levels of crime, but rather the opposite … immigration is associated with lower crime rates and an increase in structural factors — such as social connection and economic opportunity — that are linked to neighborhood safety.”

Brennon Center goes on: “In a Texas study, undocumented immigrants were found to be 47 percent less likely to be convicted of a crime in 2017 than native-born Americans … a study looked at census data over a 150-year period … in recent years with immigrants 60 percent less likely to be incarcerated than U.S.-born citizens.”

Then there is the United States Sentencing Commission data showing 84.4% of those trafficking fentanyl into America are U.S. citizens.

Project 2025 writer Stephen Miller is now White House deputy chief of staff for policy and U.S. Homeland Security adviser (He wrote Trump’s speech on Jan. 6, telling a violent mob to attack law enforcement causing the crowd to kill cops).

With that “success,” of course Miller now writes policy for ICE on how to cause fear and panic plus how to create stochastic terrorism. Miller has enthusiastically pushed fascist views of American Renaissance, VDARE, infowars, plus he promoted “The Camp of Saints” movie seen by Neo Nazis. Miller draws a strong comparison to Hitler’s propagandist Joseph Goebbels. Miller also looks like Goebbels.

Trump chose Miller to carry out the Project 2025 home-grown terrorist attack plan on our local immigrants. The U.S. Constitution is in the way of these terrorist attacks so that is our weapon.
