Stimulus funds: Being an American taxpayer and a citizen of Freeborn County, I would just like to have someone explain why $5 million is being put in the airport runway? I would certainly think there are more important things that are needed in this area! I specifically think of roads, bridges and sewers. Thanks for the reply.
