Lindsay Park (soon to be Johnson)

Best thing about men: My fiancé, Michael Johnson, opens doors, very chivalrous, very old fashion. I love that about him.

What bugs you most about men? There is no planning ahead. Michael will do stuff at the spur of the moment.

Most romantic date: Michael likes long walks on the beach, writing letters to me, hugs, good food.

Additional comment: It was at this point that as a writer I doubted that a man like Michael existed, but I was reassured that this person does in fact exist and is the fiancé of Lindsay. I did not see this person, but I do believe this as his existence was verified by several members of Lindsay’s family including her mom and friends.

Leonard Frazier, age 76

Leonard was married for 47 years when his beautiful bride, Marian, passed away on Oct 7, 2002. She was his lifetime sweetheart.

Best thing about his wife, Marian: I could not have asked for a better woman. She was the love of my life.

What bugs you most about women? Leonard did not answer this question as he stated that his bride was an absolute delight.

Most romantic date: The night in San Diego that he proposed marriage to Marion. It was on the ocean with the moon shining. It was very romantic and it seemed like it took an eternity to pop the question, but really was only about five minutes. He said he was so nervous. He made a perfect partner that night.
