Here is my hotline for reporting litter.

Have you ever walked around Brookside School’s parking lot and surrounding area? It is shameful! Pop cans, water bottles, lunch trays and a variety of stuff lay around the lot and grounds.

I called the superintendent a couple of years ago. He obliged me by putting trash cans in front and back of the school, but he forgot to tell “whoever” how to use them.

During referendum tax time I talked with a school board member about the litter. I asked her if my taxes paid for clean up. By the way, they do.

Do the occupants of Brookside feel they do not have to obey littering laws?
