Tigers baseball to play Hastings in first round of section playoffs Saturday

The Albert Lea baseball team got the second seed Wednesday for the Section 1AAA playoffs, which begin Saturday.
The Tigers will play 11th-seeded Hastings Saturday at 1 p.m. at Hayek Field in Albert Lea.
The first round is single elimination.
