“To end bullying, it has been suggested that there is a need to empower the bullies. These are the individuals that can prove to their classmates that the vulnerable (the victims) do not deserve to be bullied. The bullies are well aware that the victims would like to recall their school days as being a pleasant and memorable time in their lives and the leaders (the bullies) can make that happen. To punish the bullies is wrong because they are the individuals that can end bullying.
