2 arrested on drug charges

A Freeborn County Drug Task Force Agent, with the assistance of the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Department and the Albert Lea Police Department, arrested two people on drug charges Friday afternoon.
The first person arrested was a 41-year-old male on charges of selling heroin on two separate occasions and for selling a simulated substance as if it was heroin on three separate occasions. Both offenses are rated as fifth degree felonies.
The officers also arrested a 33-year-old female for aiding and abetting the sale of a simulated controlled substance (heroin), a fifth degree felony.
The news release said these two cases are related and are a part of an ongoing investigation. The two people arrested will be charged in Freeborn County District Court at a later date.
Arrest made
There were four 911 calls made to the Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center just after 3 a.m. Sunday regarding an altercation at a residence on Pillsbury Avenue.
The police report said Kristin Sue Fredrickson, 28, no address given, was arrested on disorderly conduct.
