A burglary in progress was reported at 27707 880th Ave. at 12:48 a.m. Monday, according to reports. According to police, the caller woke up and saw two people in the bedroom. They reportedly took her purse and then took off running out of the house. A set of keys and cell phone were also reported missing.

Two people arrested for DWI

Police arrested Gregorio Billava Alvarado, 35, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 11:23 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Frank Avenue and East Front Street, according to reports. When the man was booked, his name came back as Antonio Lopez. It is unclear which is his actual name.

Police arrested Ronald Mayer Doyle, 35, for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop near the intersection of East Main Street and St. Thomas Avenue at 1:07 a.m. today, according to reports. Doyle reportedly tested a .24.

Damage reported

Damage was reported to equipment owned by Larson Contracting at 505 W. Front St. at 8:02 a.m. Monday, according to reports.

Boat and trailer reported stolen

A 12- to 14-foot boat and trailer were reported stolen from 806 Minnesota Ave. at 9:45 a.m. Monday, according to police reports.
